Multilog is a SMART and LOW COST 4PL: concepts that seem to be in contrast, but that are perfectly combined: innovation and saving merge in lean and flexible structures.
Multilog is able to offer to its customers innovative logistic solutions, suggesting the compromise between costs and performance.
Thanks to its logistic engineering, Multilog is able to provide feasibility studies for in / out sourcing projects (with potential acquisitions of company branches and staff take over activities), operational consultancy for process optimization, lean management activities (in line with the dictates of WCM and aimed at complying with pre-established KPIs).
The consolidated presence on the national territory, over 385,000 square meters of warehouses and consolidation centres in Piedmont (Venaria and Turin-Interporto Sito), in Emilia (Rubiera and Parma) and in central-southern Italy (Cassino, Caivano, Nola, Saviano and Melfi ), places Multilog among the main Italian realities.
Through partnerships and collaborations with leading companies in the sector, an internationalization process has been started in Brazil, Poland, China, Germany, Morocco, Russia and Bulgaria.
INTEGRATED LOGISTICS
Furthermore, Multilog is specialized in kitting, line feeding, sequencing / picking, JIS / JIT and container management. The WMS system created allows you to manage any incoming / outgoing flow and stock control, just as any transport carried out is tracked by the company TMS.
The MULTILOG trucks’ fleet is equipped with a mobile app that allows, due to track & trace, to create dashboards aimed at monitoring the service.
ROAD TRANSPORT INBOUND AND OUTBOUND
Flexibility, speed and competence
With over 1000 vehicles available among Italy and Europe, Multilog provides for road transport service INBOUND and OUTBOUND (withdrawal of raw materials and components from suppliers for the supply of production plants, partial batch transport, complete batch transport, dedicated urgent transport).
Besides, Multilog offers packaging solutions for any kind of components and materials: from the traditional (cardboard, wood, plastic, aluminium...) to the most valuable, suggesting complex solutions (two-component liquid polyurethane foams, preformed modular trays, ...), auxiliary and protective materials to preserve the component from the risks connected with the shipment.
